My name is Andrea Bolt. I bartend at Still 630 distillery in St. Louis, MO. Working at Still 630 has helped me fully embrace my creative side with cocktails as well as heightened my knowledge in spirits. My approach to cocktails is more “kitchen to glass” style. I like to use crazy ingredients from the kitchen such as herbs, fruits, vegetables, spices, teas, etc. to produce something artistic and unique. Besides my passion for mixology I enjoy cooking, painting, music, hiking, and traveling!
