Shipping policy

Orders for wine, spirits, or beer may be shipped only where not prohibited by law. Orders for wine, spirits, or beer also require an adult signature on delivery. (See the FAQ page for more info on states we ship to.)

Title of ownership for all alcoholic items transfers to buyer at time of purchase. Buyer assumes all responsibility for alcoholic shipments, and is assumed to be familiar with any and all applicable laws regarding shipment of alcohol to the destination provided.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed

If no government issued photo identification was provided and the package was delivered, all legal responsibility is upon the courier of the package. 

A business name must be included for delivery to a commercial address.

One Life Spirits LLC Is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after a package has been signed for.
